Our Story
It all started with a craving.
Grant Fletcher, our founder, was born in South Africa and grew up enjoying the unmistakable taste of real biltong—the slow-dried, full-flavoured kind you just can’t get from the supermarket. Missing that authentic taste while living in the UK, Grant decided to make his own.
After dozens of trial batches, spice tweaks, and taste tests, Fletchers Biltong was born. A small-batch brand that stays true to its South African roots, while proudly made in Devon, UK.
